site/size

Sums the compressed weight of the built paths each ceiling in site.size_limit names.

Part of the site configuration, at the recommended level. It runs at the push stage, once per scope. gspot runs this check itself. It needs a build of the project. It skips until you set site.size_limit.

Page weight grows a kilobyte at a time, and only a limit catches it.

Remove what the page does not need, or raise the ceiling with a reason.

A built page over its limit reports the measured size. Remove unused assets or shrink the page, then rebuild.

Turn it off for some files, with a reason:

gspot ignore site/size --paths "<glob>" --reason "<why>"
